Im Sore
Sunday- did a six mile run at Mossy Ridge Trail at Percy Warner Park- It was rainy, muddy, and full of new streams. Had a blast! knee deep streams, mud bogs, wet rocks- what a run!- Can’t wait until this weekend more rain to come.

Had a great time at the North Face Endurance race… I finished 18 out of 219…16th in male catagory and 8th in my age bracket…time to kick up the training preparing fir my first 1/2 marathon…
